About Us

Prior to the development of the Villages of Norris Lake in the early 2000's, Rainbow Dock was a favorite starting point for countless adventures on Norris Lake.  In 2009, its name was changed to Clearwater Cove Marina.  In 2022, the marina was purchased by the Stephens family, the owners of East Tennessee's largest boat dock builder, Lifetime Docks.  The marina boasts 5 charming privately-owned floating homes, with 48 boat slips available for lease in the gated marina.  We are poised for expansion, and are awaiting TVA approval for additional boat slips.
